The Springs of Lady Lake Assisted Living facility located on the same campus as Lady Lake Specialty Care, our sister skilled nursing facility. The Springs provides a continuum of care within our skilled nursing community featuring medication management and a 24-hour nursing staff. We are ECC licensed and staff Rn/Lpn nurses 24 hours a day 7 days a week. We work hard to make sure each of our member’s rooms is personalized and transformed into a home. With each unit including a kitchenette and laundry facilities are available for member use, this community has it all – including a screened front porch and enclosed courtyards for outdoor enjoyment.

The Springs Lady Lake Assisted Living Facility is located in the community of Lady Lake, Florida, just next door to The Villages, the largest single-site planned community for seniors in the United States. The Villages offers more than 30 golf courses, 20 tennis courts, 26 swimming pools, 74 shuffleboard courts, and a host of other recreational opportunities. In additional to the wealth of activities and events, you’ll have access to health care, including a brand new 223-bed hospital.
