All patients admitted to our Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility are evaluated by our skilled clinical team. They evaluate each patient and develop an individualized rehabilitation plan to address his or her specific needs and goals. The team actively involves both patients and their loved ones in this process. Each week, meetings are held to discuss patient progress and to revise goals, if necessary.
