Your recovery is our focus when you enter NCH HealthcareSystem, the only rehabilitation hospital in Collier County.  We have earned the highest level of accreditation from the Commission on the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), with additional accreditation as a stroke specialty provider.  We are also a Joint Commission accredited Stroke Center of excellence.  If your life or a loved one’s life has been impacted by an acute illness or injury, we will work together to to help you optimize your independence.   Once it has been determined that you meet admission criteria for Brookdale, your inpatient rehabilitation begins.  You and your family can be reassured that your medical care will be expertly managed by all services of the NCH Healthcare system.  You and your treatment team will work together to develop an individualized program to promote your recovery.
