Horizon Homecare is locally owned and operated by nurses in your community. Horizon offers skilled medical care in the privacy of your own home, which for many people is the ideal setting to recover from illness or injury. Our friendly and helpful staff will walk you through the home care process with ease. Transitions can be difficult and we want to make this one as gentle as possible for you and your family. We will verify your insurance, order medical equipment, arrange for any additional therapy and communicate often with your physician. Horizon Homecare combines compassion and professionalism to offer outstanding care to our clients! We are locally owned and free standing, not a chain. The owners, both of whom are nurses themselves, live in the community. As active members of the community they have a vested interest in improving the quality of life for all seniors. The goal of therapy is to empower the patient with life skills to remain in their own home safely. Individualized programs are developed for each patient to ensure objectives are met, barriers are conquered, and independence restored.
