Brookdale Canopy Oaks, is an assisted living community for seniors. Located near the beautiful horse farms of West Ocala, our community is 6 miles west of Interstate 75 off the 200 Corridor. Brookdale Canopy Oaks residents have varying living arrangements. We have private rooms as well as friendship suites, comfortable for two residents to share. There are three floor plans available. Brookdale Canopy Oaks is a warm and inviting community with 70 assisted living rooms and 30 memory care rooms. We are on just one level and have several amenities which make our senior apartments a premier residential selection: two courtyards with gazebos, three activity rooms, two dining rooms, a library, a private dining room for family gatherings and our residents’ favorite, an ice cream parlor.

The staff at Brookdale Canopy Oaks works with area hospitals, skilled nursing facilities and home health agencies. Through communications and relationships, we are able to provide an easy transition and most importantly a consistent level of care.

We work with local agencies such as the Alzheimer’s and Dementia Alliance, the Alzheimer’s Association, American Cancer Society, Florida Association of Assisted Living, Marion County Continuity Care Association, Senior Alliance Network and the West Marion Business Association. Brookdale Canopy Oaks is committed to assisting families and caregivers. We host two support group meetings each month to help with memory care education as well as additional events throughout the year that cover health issues and financial assistance.

Fine Dining:

Our dining services director at Brookdale Canopy Oaks is committed to providing our residents with quality meals. Fresh ingredients, home cooked favorites and beautiful presentation are a part of our daily dining service. We offer three meals a day along with a mid-morning snack, mid-afternoon snack and ice cream social every evening.
